DRILLING FLUID ENGINEERS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the drilling fluid which lubricates the drill bits and clear cuttings away from the borehole
- Provide onsite services under general supervision by testing, measuring and supervising the operation of fluid pumping and mixing, which includes technical analysis in addition to specific products and practical recommendations for the control of fluid properties
- Maintain fluid properties on rig sites by accurately testing the properties of the fluid
- Maintain the inventory at customer well sites
- Provide effectual customer service by giving coordinators and rig-site customers information related to the progress of rig site in addition to creating and implementing solutions to various rig site problems
- Provide constant support to aid operations in providing customers the most efficient, environmentally safe drilling fluids that are available

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Chemistry or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar field or onshore/ offshore rig experience
- Customer focused with exceptional interpersonal, communication and team working skills
- Must be willing to travel and be relocated

DRILLING WASTE MANAGEMENT & SOLID CONTROL ENGINEERS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, operate, maintain Solids Control Equipment for onshore/offshore drilling rigs and installations
- Refurbish Solids Control Equipment at the company premises
- Perform rig surveys for the installation of Solids Control Equipment and associated equipment
- Liaise between customer and operations support functions
- Service, troubleshoot and install equipment and systems as required
- Supervise and train customer personnel
- Perform preventive maintenance including installation, operation, troubleshooting, repairs and reporting of the equipment
- Run continuous tests on the solids and effluent discharge and compare information with the Mud Engineer
- Assist in rig setups, troubleshooting efforts, daily reporting responsibilities, maintenance routines and ordering equipment/supplies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Science/Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field or onshore/ offshore rig experience
- Experience in handling solids control equipment (Centrifuges, Shakers, Cutting Dryers)
- Must be able to work independently, outdoor and in extreme weather conditions
- Must be willing to travel and be relocated

SERVICE ENGINEERS – PRODUCTION CHEMICALS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate, plan, execute and coordinate the overall field activities of the production chemicals product portfolio
- Manage the product performance to optimal levels in accordance with operational requirements
- Optimise plant process operations, maintain contracts and develop service programmes
- Assist in effectively managing the operations for enhancement of
service quality, improved marketing and product development
- Liaise with clients and technical services and business development teams for product quality, cost and operational effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in production chemicals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric, energetic and motivated
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Must be willing to travel and be relocated
