Business Centre – Area Commercial Manager (Nationwide)
Responsibilities:
- Track market activities and identify opportunities for business development
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve Business Centre objectives and sales targets
- Drive the marketing activities of the Medium Enterprise products and services to achieve the targets for interest and fee-based income
- Deliver excellent customer service by proactively identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships and expanding market reach
- Lead and guide Relationship Managers to ensure effective coordination and drive cross-selling activities
- Monitor compliance to the guidelines, policies and procedures towards achieving operational excellence
- Review and ensure credit proposals are of good quality before signing off for the relevant authority’s decision
- Report the performance achievement of the team and escalate issues and information that require the attention of the senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification. MBA holders would have an advantage
- Minimum of 7 years related working experience with a financial institution in a similar role
- Good understanding of the domestic and regional business environment would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, including strong ability to analyse and understand financial statements
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Motivated and self-driven individual with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork

Business Centre – Relationship Manager (Nationwide)
Responsibilities:
- Market and develop new business by identifying and contacting prospects
- Involve in more complex financing-based deals
- Responsible for business development with major clients and manage low-performing clients from the existing portfolio
- Co-ordinate with other product lines, departments and units for the overall development of the portfolio and cross-selling synergies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification. MBA holders would have an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years related working experience with a financial institution in a similar role
- Good understanding of the domestic and regional business environment would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, including strong ability to analyse and understand financial statements
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Motivated and self-driven individual with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork
